This chainmail gauntlet is designed for use in butchery and other meat processing environments and is to be worn on the hand which does not hold the knife, to protect it from cuts and other injuries. Longer than traditional chainmail gloves, it extends over the wrist to offer protection further up the forearm. It’s manufactured from stainless steel with no straps which could harbour harmful bacteria and is easy to clean with water and disinfectant.
